Relaxation Massage
Designed to relax your mind and body, this type of massage incorporates long, relaxing strokes and utilizes light to medium pressure. This massage promotes overall relaxation, but does not focus on specific areas. If site-specific work is needed, we recommend Therapeutic Massage or Myofascial Release.

Craniosacral/Massage Combination
Combines therapeutic massage and Craniosacral Therapy techniques which involve a gentle touch hold to facilitate the release of restrictions in the bones of the head and neck, as well as any tissues connected to the Central Nervous System. This technique is particularly useful for the treatment of head, neck or back injuries, as well as chronic headaches, migraines and low back or sciatic pain. A 30 minute session focuses on the neck and head only, a 60 minute session includes an upper body massage and cranial work on the head, while a 90 minute session will include a full body massage, cranial work on the head and sacral work on the low back.

Cupping / Massage Combination
Cupping therapy promotes blood and lymph flow by lifting the tissues with negative pressure (suction) It helps increase circulation by bringing oxygen and nutrients via fresh blood to the skin, muscles and fascia as well as stimulating the immune system. Cupping combined with therapeutic massage can help relieve pain, stress and anxiety as it helps to sedate the central nervous system. It has an opening effect on the lungs so it is great for lung congestion and allergies. Cupping only for a 30 minute session and combined with massage for a 60 or 90 minute session.

Reiki
Reiki is a Japanese technique for stress reduction and relaxation that also promotes healing. It is administered by “laying on hands” and is based on the idea that an unseen “life force energy” flows through us and is what causes us to be alive. If one’s “life force energy” is low, then we are more likely to get sick or feel stress, and if it is high, we are more capable of being happy and healthy.
